To enhance player experience and extend court lifespan, we also manufacture custom canopies specifically engineered for padel courts. Our canopies offer robust weather protection, allowing play to continue in various weather conditions while reducing sun exposure. Available in customisable sizes and finishes, they integrate seamlessly into any setting, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

Technical Information

Frame Structure: Designed with secure glass frames and reinforced for durability, each frame includes a horizontal anti-vandal reinforcement bar welded around the full perimeter of the mesh. Coated with oven-baked polyurethane paint, available in any RAL colour of your choice, the frame is anchored to the base with Hilti-type plugs and galvanised screws for added stability.

Glass Panels: The court features 10 mm 2001 homologated tempered glass panels, consisting of 14 modules measuring 3000 x 2000 mm and 4 modules of 2000 x 2000 mm. Each panel is fitted with countersunk holes for fastening, polished edges, and neoprene joints in the profile, secured with durable screws for a seamless installation.

Playing Surface: The 12 mm artificial grass surface is made from fibrillated polypropylene fibre, specifically designed for padel tennis. This surface includes pre-marked game lines, joining bands, and special adhesives, topped with silica sand of selected granularity (17 kg/m²) for optimal play.

Lighting System: Equipped with independent lighting poles, each structural tube measures 80/4 mm in diameter and stands 6 m tall, with an anchor plate featuring 4 anchor points and security brackets for projector stability. Each pole is finished in a T-coupling to hold 8 waterproof projectors made from anodized aluminium and shatterproof glass, accommodating high-efficiency 400 W/220 V halide or Vsap lamps.

Netting: The padel court includes a 10 m-long net made of 4 mm nylon mesh, fully tensioned and approved for play. It is securely connected to the court structure with robust tensioners.
